09h30: Buses start arriving at President hotel and then commence to Hamilton Rugby Grounds (last bus leaves President at 10h00)
11h00: Buses leave from the Hamilton Rugby Grounds and transport the hasher to the various runs sites of their choice, (on a first come first served basis) a packed lunch is available
17h00: All buses will have returned to the President Hotel via Hamilton Rugby Grounds
